In honor of the 2016 Olympics in Rio, residents at Life Care Center of Hilton Head, South Carolina, participated in their own version of the games.

On July 9, the facility held a Summer Olympics Day with several activities throughout the day, including ring toss, bean bag toss, can knock-down and punch pong. Punch pong was the most popular game, in which residents shot ping pong balls into a cup of punch.

At the end of the day, every resident who participated in the games received a gold medal during a closing ceremony.
